The exterior hardscape (seats, sidewalks, planters, bollards, etc) and fencing are ongoing. Elevator installations are complete and awaiting inspections. Detention area is readying for preliminary inspection. Doors, hardware, millwork, whiteboards, acoustical panels, and carpet are all wrapping up. Security equipment installation is ongoing. Start up and testing of mechanical systems have started. Building is getting ready for furniture to be install July 17.
