This month a major site permitting milestone was achieved with unanimous approval of the project at the city Planning Board. The project bidding site was set up and the project was advertised. The project officially went out to bid on 7/22. Prior to this the prequalified general contractors and subcontractors were sent a notice of passing the prequalification process. They were evaluated on the basis of their qualifications and references, with a score for each of the following categories: Business Owners, Management Personnel, Similar Project Experience, Terminations, Legal Proceedings, Safety Record, MBE/WBE, Project References, Credit References, Public Project Record, Prior Revenue (GC Audited Financials) and Revenue Under Contract. All pre-qualified and potential bidders are DCAMM certified.
