The exterior waterproofing is underway both at the walls and around the windows. Preparations for the brick has started. Installation of the bricks will be starting along Central Street and will be visible within a week or so. The main roofs are completed while the details at the perimeter are finishing up. Drywall installation has started at the first floor while mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in work is ongoing on the other floors.
