This month, the design team has issued the 75% Construction Documents set to the Estimating teams to complete the 75% CD estimate in early May. The Leominster Police Station project has been posted on the Central Register, COMMBUYS, and in the local newspaper to solicit Statement of Qualifications from DCAMM certified general contractors and subcontractors. Over 17 General Contractors and 113 Subcontractors were interested in submitting qualifications for the project. The qualifications will be due on May 5, 2021 for review.
