The OPM, Designer, and Prequalification Subcommittee began the process to prequalify General Contractors and File Subcontractors for the project. Statements of Qualifications will be due in early May and the proposed schedule anticipates that the review and approval process with be completed by early June in preparation for the Invitation for Bid.

The Designer is in the process of completing the 75% Construction Documents and reconciled cost estimates on the completed plans are expected in early May.
